Board Directors and Secretary

 

Tim Robinson (Non Executive Chairman)
Tim is a graduate of Lancaster University Management School and a holder of a diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is an experienced management consultant with particular strengths in marketing and financial management. Tim has previously been an Executive Officer of the Charity Groundwork Tameside Limited and a Director of Urban Progress Community Interest Company Limited, both in Greater Manchester. He joined the Board of Reflec in March 2008.

 

Paul Holdcroft (Group Managing Director)

Paul joined the Reflec group in February 2002 as a director of Reflec Evolution and in February 2005 was promoted to the board of Reflec Plc. He Became Managing Director of Reflec Media in March 2005. Prior to joining the Reflec group he held a number of senior positions in private chemical companies and in Baker Perkins Chemical Engineering where he served a graduate apprenticeship.

 

John Kinder (Executive Finance Director)

John is a chartered accountant and oxford graduate and joined the company in 2004. He has spent most of his career in the manufacturing industry at Managing Director level, and has spent four years working for an investment bank. He has experience as a consultant engaged in corporate finance work, company turnarounds and Non-executive Directorships. John is a member of the audit and remuneration committees.

 

Dr Brian Sagar (Non Executive Director)

Brian has held various appointments over a period of 35 years at the British Rayon research Association, then the Shirley Institute and BTTG. He was appointed a Director of Reflec plc and of Reflec Technology ltd in 1993. Brian is a member of the audit and remuneration committees.


Mr Iain Leighton (Company Secretary)

Ian joined the company in June 2007 and is a graduate in English and Scottish law.


Jason James (Non Executive Director)
Jason is a senior professional technology engineer within the Civil Service. He holds a degree in electronic engineering and is an experienced project manager with extensive knowledge in high budget production, design and research, quality and commercial projects. He joined the board of Reflec in March 2008.
