Reflec appoints two new Directors to its Board

The Directors of Reflec are pleased to announce that Mr Jason Christopher James and Mr Timothy Mark Robinson have been appointed to the Board as non-executive directors commencing with immediate effect.

David Mann and John Heaton, representatives of a significant shareholders group added, “We fully support and are delighted that the Company has consulted with the shareholders group regarding these appointments. As well as being accomplished business people with valuable skills and experience to enhance the board, Jason and Tim are respected shareholders, with particular interests in approving marketing and communications as well as shareholders value. These valuable appointments are very welcome and serve to inspire confidence in the strategic direction of the Company.”

 Mr James, aged 38, is a senior professional technology engineer with the Ministry of Defence. He holds a degree in electronic engineering and is an experienced project manager with extensive knowledge in high budget production, design and research, quality and commercial projects.

Mr Robinson, aged 35, is a graduate of Lancaster University Management School and a holder of a diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Tim is an experienced management consultant with particular strengths in marketing and financial management.

 Tim Hearley, Executive Chairman of Reflec, commented, “We believe that Jason and Tim will greatly assist in the future development of the Group and add significant value to the Board. They are both long-term and significant shareholders in Reflec with a combined shareholding representing 3.1% of the Company.”
